Donna Desideri believes that living up to your potential keeps you striving to achieve new goals, which will allow you to attain positive and valuable experiences for your personal and professional development in the long run. By continuing your education past a bachelor's degree, not only do you gain a competitive edge, you set a good example for those who follow you. Think of the bigger picture. Should children grow up thinking they don't have to go to school past a certain age or work hard to achieve their goals? Should they think they just need to have luck or talent? Donna Desideri received her master's degree in liberal studies with a concentration in film studies from the CUNY Graduate Center where they have a terrific program. Previously, Donna Desideri earned her bachelor's degree in music education and her bachelor's degree in theatre arts from SUNY Fredonia. CUNY's expanding film studies curriculum, however, allowed Donna to continue her pursuit of the arts, and she studied with some of the most talented and extraordinary professors in the country because the CUNY Graduate Center attracts the best and the brightest. Donna Desideri highly regards the people and the work performed at the Graduate Center and hopes to one day give back to CUNY.
